Once you arrive at your scheduled time (30 minutes before the session), there will be a waiting room with a welcome drink waiting for you. The client will sign in at the front desk and receive a safety briefing prior to the session.
The experience will only be cancelled if major events such as natural disasters, bad weather, etc. occur. In such cases, a full refund will be applied to the credit/debit card for those who are unable to change their dates to another available date.
Each flight has an approximate duration of 60 minutes, in addition to this time we ask our clients to be 30 minutes before dinner in order to check in properly. If you do not arrive on time, your admission will be considered lost and no refunds will be given.
Dinner in the Sky accommodates a maximum of 22 people per session.
Please inquire about our vegetarian menu and report any food allergies in advance. Guests who appear to be intoxicated will not be allowed to board the Dinner in the Sky restaurant for safety reasons. Unaccompanied children will not be allowed to participate. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled elevator time. Each elevator lasts one hour. If you arrive late, your reservation will be cancelled without refund. Don't forget to bring your reservation confirmation with you.
The organizers have the right to delay the table flight (at the organizers' discretion but with a maximum delay of 90 minutes) to wait for the rain to stop. If the rain still does not cease during or after this time, the Dinner experience will be cancelled or rescheduled and the refund policy will be as follows:

Yes, strong winds or lightning will affect our events. We monitor weather conditions in the week prior to your event, and if they prove to be too bad to operate on the desired date, we will generally inform you 48 hours in advance. Elevators will run and meals will be served during rainy weather conditions. Lifts will be delayed or cancelled in the event of wind above 35 km/h and/or thunderstorms. Lifts may be cancelled or delayed shortly before the scheduled time due to weather conditions.
There will be restroom facilities on the ground and we recommend attending before ascending the platform. All guests are encouraged to use the restroom before taking their seats. However, if there is an emergency and you need to use the restroom during your flight, the tarmac table will be lowered, but you will not be able to continue your flight session.

We strictly prohibit the entry of outside food or beverages into the event area.
The maximum weight per person in terms of safety is 330 lbs or 150 kg.
Please note that once a seat purchase has been made, no refund will be made, unless the experience is cancelled by the organizers themselves, for reasons such as bad weather, etc. The table will take off as scheduled.
Dinner in the Sky has no age restriction, in order to be safely secured in your seat, you must reach the minimum height of 1.3 meters. Children who meet the height requirement must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The experience is possible for wheelchair users and people with mild disabilities. But please write to us in advance BEFORE purchasing your seat with a detailed explanation of your condition so that our safety officer can explain and advise you accordingly.
Wear appropriate clothing and wear shoes that fit firmly on your feet. Remember that the wind at an altitude of 45 m is slightly stronger. You can bring phones and cameras with you, but be careful and secure them because we will not be responsible if they fall.
In the center of the table there is room for two chefs.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge 72 hours prior to your reservation, after this time you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the value of your ticket. Late arrivals or no-shows are also not 100% refundable. Guests should arrive 30 minutes in advance to prepare for the elevator. For the experience of our other guests, we will not delay or bring the elevator back to the floor for late arriving guests. We will not accept anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Dinner in the Sky is a breathtaking life experience, your clothing at that time should be the least of your worries. We suggest avoiding skirts and open-toed shoes.
The table can reach up to a maximum of 45-50 meters. However, the actual height of the table during the experience is at the discretion of the organizers, depending on wind conditions.
